Can anyone recommend a good website to buy wholesale wedding dresses? Are they safe? Quality? ETC Help!!!?

I found a few sites as well as ebay that sell wedding dresses at ridiculously cheap prices so being that Ive never heard of this trend I am wondering are these sites any good or will they take my money and run? Anyone ever bought a dress from a wholesale site? Its hard to ask them questions since most are in China and when they respond I don understand what they are trying to say. Anything helps.
